Content on your device
Photos, videos, text, cutouts, projects, favorites, imported fonts, and brand kit materials are processed and stored on your device. stickerPop does not provide its own account system or cloud synchronization for creations. ML Kit processes images and text on the device and does not send that content or recognition results to Google servers for recognition.
Purchases and subscriptions
Google Play or the App Store processes payments. RevenueCat processes the app identifier generated by its SDK and information about purchases, products, transactions, and subscription status to validate purchases, restore access, and provide subscription analytics. The app does not receive your full payment card number.
Technical services
ML Kit may download models and updates and send Google technical usage and performance metrics. Google Fonts may be downloaded over the internet, which transmits technical request data such as an IP address. Local processing does not mean that integrated services collect no technical data. See the ML Kit terms, Google Privacy Policy, RevenueCat Privacy Policy, and Apple Privacy Policy. These providers may operate infrastructure outside Brazil.
Permissions and sharing
Camera and media permissions let you capture or choose content to edit. You can manage permissions in your device settings. When you export, copy, or share a creation, you provide it to the destination you selected. Copies in your gallery, clipboard, and other apps are governed by those destinations. This version does not include a public feed, behavioral advertising, or social login.
Purposes and your rights
We process data to provide requested features, administer subscriptions, and provide support. If you email us, we receive your address and the contents of the message. You may use the contact above to request information, access, correction, or deletion of data under our responsibility and exercise other applicable rights. We will request only the identification reasonably necessary to handle each request.
Retention and deletion
Creations remain in the app's storage until you remove them or erase the app's local data. System backups may retain or restore copies according to your settings. Exported files must be deleted from their destinations. Billing services retain purchase records as needed to operate the subscription and meet applicable legal obligations. Requests concerning data under our responsibility are assessed through the contact above; we cannot promise deletion of records the stores must retain. See how to delete data. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Security and updates
Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary personal images to support. We will update this policy when relevant changes occur; the date on this page identifies the latest revision.
